Directional light shadow is rendered according to the Scene View's perspective
Reproduction Steps:
1. Import attached project "897866 - DirectionalLightShadow".
2. Open "Test" scene.
3. Move around perspective in Scene view.
Expected result: Shadow render target should be Direction Light in Scene view.
Actual result: Shadow is rendered according to Scene View's perspective. (GIF attached)
Note: The user attached the specific GraphicsSettings.asset the bug is reproducible on.
Reproducible with: 5.6.0f3
Note: If opened on a different version, the bug doesn't seem to be reproducible, even if the GraphicsSettings.asset is added.
