Directional Light Contact Shadows cause Game & Scene view's to be black & gray
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project using HDRP Template
2. Select Directional Light in Hierarchy
3. Change Directional Light's Contact Shadows from "Custom" to either "Low", "Medium" or "High"
4. Save the project, turn off the Editor and load the project again.
Expected results: Game and Scene view windows are unchanged
Actual results: Game window is black and Scene view window is grey
Reproducible with: HDRP 7.1.2 (2019.3.0b8, 2020.1.0a9)
Not Reproducible with: HDRP 4.10.0 (2018.4.12f1), HDRP 6.9.2 (2019.2.11f1), HDRP 7.0.1 (2019.3.0b1)
Notes:
1. Exceptions are being thrown in Console until entering Play Mode
2. Exceptions disappear and the issue does not reproduce after entering Play Mode
3. Could not test with 2020.1.0a11 because of compilation errors
