[Package][Device Simulator] package doesn't work unless you add NUnit package which is not included in dependencies
To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Find Device Simulator package
3. Check its dependencies
Expected: NUnit is listed in Device Simulator dependencies
Actual: NUnit is not listed in Device Simulator dependencies
Reproducable with: 1.0.0 (2019.3.1f1, 2020.1.0a23)
Not reproducable with: 1.0.0-preview (2019.4.25f1, 2020.1.0a23, 2020.3.8f1), 2.2.4-preview (2019.4.25f1, 2020.1.0a23, 2020.3.8f1)
Could not test with: 2018.4.34f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a16 (Device Simulator package not supported)
Notes:
You can also try deleting NUnit package which stops Device Simulator from working - throws a missing reference error
