[Device Simulator] Canvas pixelRect lags a frame behind Screen.safeArea when switching device orientation
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "Project.zip"
2. Open the Device Simulator
3. Open and Play the Sample Scene
4. Rotate the device simulator
5. Check the Console output
Expected result: Canvas pixelRect does not lag a frame behind Screen.safeArea when switching device orientation
Actual result: Canvas pixelRect lags a frame behind Screen.safeArea when switching device orientation (See attached Results.png)
Reproduces on: Device Simulator 3.0.0 - preview, 3.0.2 - preview (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.21f1), 2021.1.0a10, 2021.1.27f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a13
Does not reproduce on: Device Simulator 2.2.4 - preview (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.0a9)
