Development Console does not show up in Development Builds for Standalone Mac OS X
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (ErrorConsoleTest)
2. Build the project as a Standalone Mac Build with "Development Build" checked
3. Launch the built project and wait a few seconds
Expected result: the Development Console appears with an error message
Actual result: the Development Console does not show up at all
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a2, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.3.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0a1
Notes:
Standalone Windows builds do not have this issue
