Development builds create output_log.txt file even when 'Use Player Log' setting is unchecked
To reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. File --> Build Settings
3. Choose Windows Standalone build
4. Tick "Development Build"
5. Click "Player Settings..." button
6. Uncheck "Use Player Log"
7. Build And Run
8. Observe built project's _Data folder
Expected result: There should be no "output_log.txt" file since "Use Player Log" setting is unchecked
Actual result: There is "output_log.txt" file in the _Data folder
Reproduced on: 5.5.3p4, 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.0b7, 2017.2.0a1
