Destination Folder Browser always opens non-centered when choosing custom Destination Folder to install modules
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download any module installer from https://unity.com/releases/editor/archive
2. Open the installer and pass through the steps until the Destination Folder selection
3. When prompted, press "browse" to select a Destination Folder for the module
4. Observe the Folder Browser
