"Depth|ShadowMap RenderTexture requested without a depth buffer" even though the texture was created with a depth buffer
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (WeatherMaker.zip)
2. Open the DemoSceneWater scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the warning in the console
Expected: there should be no warnings
Reproduced in 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0b5, 2018.3.0a1
