[Deployment] Splash screen preview in Game window is paused until mouse pointer is held down on any floating window
Previewing the splash screen in Game window is paused until mouse pointer is held down on a floating window
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) File > Build Settings > Player Settings > Splash Image
3) Click Preview
4) Hold the mouse pointer down on build settings window
Actual result: Splash screen preview is paused until the mouse pointer is down
Expected result: Splash screen preview shouldn't be paused
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a14, 2019.3.0b12, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2017.4.34f1
