Depending on the Scene window Camera zoom 2D Tiles become offset vertically from the mouse cursor when painting a Tilemap
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1335871"
2. Select one of the Tiles from the Tile Palette window
3. Move the mouse cursor inside the Scene window to pain the Tiles
4. Zoom-in and zoom-out in the Scene window and observe the mouse cursor
Expected results: The selected Tile is always following the mouse cursor
Actual results: Depending on the Zoom level, the tile becomes vertically offset from the mouse cursor
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a16
