Deleting a state in an animator can cause links from "Any State" to be deleted
To reproduce:
1. Open project AnimatorAnyStateBug
2. Open New Animator Controller
3. Select "Any State" - notice how it has two transitions
4. In the animator delete "New State"
5. Check "Any State" again - the second transition may have disappeared. If not, create a new empty state and then delete it. After a few tries the other transition in "Any State" should disappear
Does not reproduce with Version 4.2.2f1
