Deleted Assets are still displayed in the Project window when deleted
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Right-click on the Project window
3. Press Create>Scene
4. Delete the new Scene
5. Observe the Project window
Expected result: Deleted Scene is no longer displayed in the Project window
Actual result: Deleted Scene is still displayed in the Project window
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a4, 2022.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.20f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a3
Note: Re-opening the folder which had the deleted Scene Asset seems to fix the issue
