DecoratorDrawer's OnGUI() Rect has a different width compared to EditorGUIUtility.currentViewWidth
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "decorator.zip" project
2. In the project view, select "ArSessionConfig.asset"
3. Inspect the Console
Expected results: OnGUI() Rect's position.width and EditorGUIUtility.currentViewWidth are identical
Actual results: OnGUI() Rect's position.width and EditorGUIUtility.currentViewWidth have different values
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a6
