Declared hotkeys are not working in the popup menu
How to reproduce:
1. Open project “EditorGUI.zip”
2. Open Menu > Test, observe the labels
3. Press ⌘+f, ⌘+s, or ⌘+t and observe the result
4. Press “Open Editor Popup Test” and observe the label
5. Open the dropdown menu, observe the labels
6. Press ⌘+f, ⌘+s, or ⌘+t and observe the result
Expected result: Declared hotkeys are working and hotkeys are not shown on the label
Actual result: Declared hotkeys are not working and hotkeys are shown on the label
Reproducible with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.6f1, 2022.2.0a17
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Note: Reproducible when the “Open Editor Popup Test” window is not docked
