Decal no longer display on the Material when the Material have been reset
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "VEG Test.zip"
2. Select "Plane" in the Hierarchy window
3. Reset the "Red" Material
Expected result: Decal is visible on the "Plane" in the Scene view
Actual result: Decal is not visible on the "Plane" in the Scene view
Reproducible with: 8.0.1 (2020.2.0a11), 11.0.0 (2021.2.0a3)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.38f1), 12.0.0 (2022.1.0a10), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a10)
