DebugUI.Button does not invoke action when clicked
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene“
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. In the Game View, change the Debug Manager page to “My Panel“
5. Press “My Debug Button“ and observe the console
Expected result: The button press action is registered and “Button Clicked“ is logged in the console
Actual result: Nothing is logged in the console

Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
