Debug Mode popup window is inaccessible/cut-off when opened on widescreen monitors or resizing to specific Editor Window resolution
Reproduction steps:
1. Create any new project
2. Resize the Editor window to the smallest height and largest width
3. In the lower right corner click on the Debugger icon
4. Observe the popup window
Expected result: The popup opens as expected and buttons are accessible
Actual result: The popup is cut-off or weirdly positioned and inaccessible
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b16, 6000.0.26f1, 6000.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.0b15
Reproducible on: Window 10 (User reported), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
Note:
- Originally the issue is reported on widescreen monitor, however it is also visible when resizing the Editor Window on other monitors
