Debug Draw Mode stops rendering GameObjects when GPU Resident Drawer is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Click on “Debug Draw Mode” (The bug icon) in the Scene view toolbar
4. Open the “Assets/Settings/PC_RPAsset.asset” asset
5. Set the “GPU Resident Drawer” to “Instanced Drawing” in the Inspector window
6. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: GameObjects are rendered
Actual result: GameObjects are not rendered
Reproducible with: 6000.0.38f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a2
Couldn't test with: 2022.3.58f1 (No Debug Draw Mode)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
