Debug Draw Mode dropdown menu has clipping items
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new Unity Project
2. In Overlay Menu (Shortcut ' ` '), enable Draw Modes overlay
3. In Draw Modes overlay, open the dropdown next to the Debug Draw Mode button
4. Observe items in the dropdown
Expected result: No clipping
Actual result: The beginnings of various items are clipped
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0b6
