Deactivating gameObjects during Start or Awake stops other components from executing
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Reproduction scene
3. GameObject "DeactivateOnAwake" has two instances of the "DeactivateOnAwake" script component attached to it
4. On running the scene, only one of the two components will log its message out
Same happens for the "DeactivateOnStart" GameObject
