Data asset references are not reported by AssetDatabase when using GetDependences
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. On the Menu Bar press Data Ref Exp > Log All Dependencies
Expected result: all 4 files are imported and logged to the Console
Actual result: only 3 files are imported and logged to the Console
Reproducible with: 2019.4.21f1, 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0a10,
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.20f1, 2022.1.0a11, 2022.1.0b2, 2022.2.0a2
