D3D device reset failed [invalid call] when trying to open regedit
To reproduce this issue:
1. Open a new project
2. Go to Players Settings
Only with 'Use Direct3d11' disabled in Players Settings ( Edit -> Project -> Player)
3. Disable 'Use Direct3D 11'
4. Play the scene
5. Press Windows button+R
6. Type 'regedit' and enter
7. Press yes or no in the shown dialog
8. 'Failed(HR), RenderTexture error: failed to set render target [invalid call], D3D device reset failed [invalid call] ' errors are shown
