Cylinder primitive is not usable as a visual wheel when using the Wheel Collider
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/test cylinder wheels.unity
- Note how the cylinder is positioned so it appears as a wheel
3. Play the scene
- Note how the cylinder is now in vertical position instead of the previous wheel-like position
- Reproduced in Version 5.4.0b22 (518a15457bf6), Version 5.3.5p3 (4c1fbb057dc3), Version 5.2.4f1 (98095704e6fe)
