"CustomRenderTexture" will not Initialize when loaded from an AssetBundle
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "CustomRenderTexture.zip" Project
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Notice that most of the Model isn't loaded
Expected Result: "CustomRenderTexture" will Initialize when loaded from an AssetBundle
Actual Result: "CustomRenderTexture" will not Initialize when loaded from an AssetBundle
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a9, 2019.1.0b8, 2018.3.10f1
Did not reproduce on: 2017.4.24f1, 2017.3.0a1
