CustomPropertyDrawer with a lot of entries breaks text rendering
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user OC attached project
2. Select the scriptableObject 'InininCase_00'
3. Scroll till the first element leaves the screen
- Observe the broken text rendering
Expected result: text rendering should not break when a lot of elements are displayed with CustomPropertyDrawer
Fixed in: 2019.1.0a8, 2018.3.0a1
Reproduced in: 2018.2.16f1, 2018.2.0a1
Does not reproduce in: 2017.4.15f1
