Custom Render Texture text in Shader Graph’s Graph Inspector’s Active Targets section does not fit when added even if the Active Targets section has a lot of space, and half of it is unused
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
# Create a new Unlit Shader Graph (Assets > Create > Shader Graph > URP > Unlit Shader Graph)
# Open the created Shader Graph
# Add Custom Render Texture in the Active Targets in the Graph Inspector
# Observe the Active Targets section
*Actual results:* Half of the Active Targets section is unused and the Custom Render Texture text does not fit
*Expected results:* All of the Active Targets section is used
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4, 6000.4.0a1
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1
