Custom Progruard file name in the project settings does not match with the created file in Project windows
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch Platform to Android
3. Player Settings > Publishing Settings > Toggle Custom Proguard File
4. Notice the name of the file under Toggle Custom Proguard File
5. Compare it to the actual file located in Project->Assets->Plugins->Android
Expected results: File names are the same
Actual results: File names are not the same(Project settings has an incorrect name)
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a13, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.2.0a12
