Custom Editor Window GUI Skin changes after selecting/deselecting gameobjects
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Change editor skin to Personal
3. Click on the hierarchy items of the scene
Expected result: custom editor window stays the same skin
Actual result: custom editor skin changes when there are a lack of seemingly random components
Reproduced with 5.4.5p1, 5.5.4p1 , 5.6.1p3, 2017.1.0b10, 2017.2.0a3
