Cursor.visible state doesn't change back after exiting play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Open and play the "Level" scene (Don't change the project layout)
3. Notice the cursor is locked and invisible
4. Exit play mode
5. Notice the cursor isn't locked anymore, but still invisible
WORKAROUND: Alt-Tab to another process and then go back to Unity. Cursor should be visible now.
