Cursor does not change to text input cursor when hovering over a Text Field text in the UI Builder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “CursorState.zip” project
2. Open “NewUXMLTemplate.uxml“ file
3. Double click on a TextField component
4. Hover the cursor over the “TextField” text
5. Observe the cursor
Expected result: Cursor changes to a text input cursor
Actual result: Cursor doesn’t change
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2022.1.0a16, 2022.1.10f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.37f1), 1.0.0 (2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.0a15)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)

Thanks for the report. We can no longer reproduce this issue on latest trunk with any field. Please retest and reopen if necessary.
