CullingGroup.QueryIndices() returns different results when executing a built Project with launch parameter -batchmode
Reproduction steps:
1. Extract the Project from the "case_1154391-CullingGroupTest.zip" archive
2. Launch a Batch file "start.bat" within "Build" folder
3. After waiting for around 15 seconds stop the process
4. Go to %AppData%\LocalLow\DefaultCompany\CullingGroupTest and open "output_log.txt"
Expected result: Logged results are different for every log
Actual result: Logged results are same for every log
Reproduces on: 2017.4.26f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a3
