Cubemap.CreateExternalTexture() assumes to use the project's color space when native texture pointer is set to sRGB
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “sRGBFormatError.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Console Window
5. Exit Play Mode
6. Open Project Settings
7. In “Player” set the Color Space to Gamma
8. Enter Play Mode
9. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: When using any Color Space, no errors are present in the Console Window
Actual result: When using Linear Color Space, graphics API errors are shown
Reproducible in: 2022.1.0a9, 2022.3.34f1, 6000.0.21f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.1.0a8, 2022.3.48f1
Fixed in: 2022.3.35f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11, Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
