Cube 'stumbles' while sliding down the plane when they both have physics material with 0 friction
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "2" scene
3. Press play
4. Observe
Result: cube falls down onto plane and starts sliding down, however stumbles (watch attached gif)
Reproduced with: 5.5.0b1, 5.5.0b9
Not reproducible with: 5.3.6p8, 5.4.2p1, 5.5.0a5
