CTRL + ALT + LMB for navigating does not work in Scene view
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Press CTRL + ALT + LMB in Scene view
3. Try to navigate the scene
Expected result: Scene navigation is possible
Actual result: Scene navigation is not possible
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a11, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a10
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: The same movements could be achieved with the middle mouse press. ALT + LMB binding also does not work

ALT + CMD + RIGHT MOUSE no longer works with zooming on Mac.
Please also restore this regression
