Creating sub state machine using scripting API does not update until moved manually
Steps to reproduce:
1. open "ReproAnyState.zip"
2. go to Toolbar > Repro > "Repro the issue"
3. open the newly created AnimatorController inside Animator
Actual: sub state machine has no transitions
Expected: sub state machine should be defaulted and trasition should be visible
note: you can move the position of it and transitions will appear
Reproduced: 5.1.5f1, 5.4.0p2, 5.5.0a6
