Creating material from Shader Graph shader using context menu fails
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity
2. Load user-submitted project(2k18Test.zip)
3. Right-click 'Shader.ShaderGraph' object
4. Go to 'Create' submenu
5. Click 'Material' option
Expected result: Unity creates a new material that has previously selected shader applied.
Actual result: Unity doesn't create material and throws Asset creation related error
Reproducible with - 2018.1.0b1, 2018.1.0b4
Could not test - 5.6.5p1, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0p3, 2018.1.0a7(Shader Graph is not supported)
