Creating a new Text > Sprite Asset will log an ArgumentNullException
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Beta Test.zip"
2. Right Click on Texture in Project View
3. Select Create > Text > Sprite Asset
Expected result: A Sprite Asset is created
Actual result: A Sprite Asset is created and an ArgumentNullException is logged to the Console
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a4, 2021.2.0b1
Could not test with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0a3 (no Text > Sprite Asset option)
