[Native plugin] CreateExternalTexture on GLCore returns only pink colour
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's project
2. Open scene "MMTSample" - /MobileMovieTexture/MMTUnity/Assets/MobileMovieTexture/Scenes/MMTSample.unity
3. Change API to OpenGL2 and run scene
Note: The animation should play
4. Change API to OpenGLCore and run scene
Notice: The animation is not running, pink screen is shown
Expected: The same results on GL core as on GL legacy
Actual: GL Core does not play the animation.
NOTE: Reproduced on OS X
Reproduced in versions: Unity 5.3.4f1, 5.3.4p6, 5.4.0b12, 5.4.0b18
