Create "New Script" shortcut isn't automatically highlighted when text is typed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Click on any Scene object, go to Inspector -> Add Component
3. Type any text
Expected result: "New Script" is highlighted
Actual result: "New Script" is not highlighted
Reproducible: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a3 (0a3d74c8d97f)
Not reproducible: 2017.4.19f1, 2018.2.20f1, 2019.1.0a3 (0e3c7820a690), 2019.1.0a15, 2019.2.0a2
