CompilationPipeline.assemblyCompilationFinished() hangs unity when reloading domain
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scripts/TestAssembly/Test.cs” Script
3. Add empty lines
4. Save
5. Try opening Console window
Expected result: Editor does not freeze
Actual result: Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0a1 (b27b8eafe426)
Not reproducible with: 6000.4.0a2 (417aa67423b3), 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
