Crashes on WorldCollision when Particle System is using Sub Emitters with Collision
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open BrokenParticles scene
3. Select Blood Particle System
4. Turn on Sub Emitters
5. If it doesn't crash, press Play/Pause in the Particle Effect menu
Reproducible with: 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1 (due to Prefab different system)
