Crashes on GfxDevice::ComputeSkinning() when clearing a mesh in OnApplicationQuit()
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Quit the Play Mode
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a11, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.0a10, 2019.2.0a2, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a6
