Crashes on GameObject::IsActiveIgnoreImplicitPrefab when duplicating a Prefab in Hierarchy
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select the Prefab named LPWaterPerformance from the Hierarchy
3. Press Ctrl + D
Reproducible with: 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11(had to duplicate twice)
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1 due to different Prefab system
