Crashed WinEditor on HDRP sample
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new HDRP sample project.
# Verify that the Graphics API is DX12.
# Open the SampleScene and EnterPlay.
# Manipulate the character to walk around.
*Actual results:* The editor crashes.
*Expected results:* Editor runs without crash.
