Crash without stack trace when disposing BrotliDecoder after invalid input
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-120518” project
2. Navigate to the menu bar and press “Test” > “Decompress Test”
3. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b16, 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4
Could not test with: 6000.0.0b15 (no custom menu item)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
