Crash when dragging a prefab from Project window to Scene window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "Assets/MainWorld" scene
3. Open "Assets/Resources" folder in the Project window
3. Drag any prefab from the Project window to the Scene window
Expected result: Prefab is dragged successfully
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.32f1, 2021.3.1f1
