Crash reporter is opened when a Project is created in an External Drive and opened and the Drive is disconnected
How to reproduce:
1. Connect an External Drive to the computer
2. Create a new Project in the External Drive
3. Open the created Project in the Editor
4. With the Project open, disconnect the External Drive
5. Observe the Editor
Expected result: Fatal error messages or a “Working directory change…” message is shown
Actual result: The Unity Crash Reporter is open
Reproducible with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.41f1, 6000.0.14f1
Reproducible on: macOS 14.5 (Intel), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04
Note: On Windows it appears to have the expected result however the error messages are not showing why they’re being thrown, hence this is considered as a reproduction of the issue
