Crash on TreeRenderer::WillRenderTrees when being in Play Mode for several seconds
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "GenrpgClient.zip"
2. Open "GenrpgMain" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Use username and password to log in
5. Wait until everything is loaded
6. If the Editor did not crash yet, walk around for a minute
Expected result: Editor crashes
Actual result: Editor does not crash
Reproducible with - 2020.1.10f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Not reproducible with - 2020.1.9f1
Could not test (errors) - 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.22f1
