Crash on tree_balance_after_insert when exiting Play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CrashRepro”
2. Open the “Main” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Play the game for a few seconds
5. Exit the Play Mode
6. Repeat 3-5th steps until Editor crashes
Expected result: Play mode is exited
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 14.0.4 (2022.2.1f1)
Could not test with: 2022.2.4f1 (NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
UnityEngine.Rendering.Universal.UniversalRenderPipelineAsset.CreatePipeline () )
Reproducible on: MacOS Ventura 13.1 (M1 Max)
Note: The reproduction rate is about 10-20%
