Crash on Transform::SetLocalRotation when exiting play mode and setting a null object's rotation in OnValidate()
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "case_1339913-TestProject.zip" project
2. Open the scene "Level 1" and enter Play mode
3. Exit play mode
Expected result: Editor exits the play mode
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a8, 2021.2.0a20
Could not test with:
2018.4.35f1 (errors in console, can't enter play mode)
2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a7 (can't enter play mode, because of https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/post-processing-3-dot-0-3-package-cant-be-found-when-installing-from-package-manager)
